Policies

The first step to promote Health, Safety and Accident prevention on board our vessels is a strong and unwavering commitment to HSE from senior management, both onshore and offshore. Clear leadership in this area is something that we make a priority.

Swire Seabed has detailed policies that demonstrate this commitment and these are introduced to all new employees when they join the company, and are also regularly discussed in training, toolbox talks and safety meetings

Our reputation for integrity is one of our most valuable assets and preserving it demands we maintain the highest standards at all times. To this end, our Sustainable Development Policy and Code of Conduct sets out exacting standards on environmental, health and safety, human rights and labour policies, business ethics and community issues.
