As project managers, we recognise that quality control is our responsibility. Our project self-verification and cross-verification approach helps us to safeguard quality across a diverse range of projects – both offshore and onshore. It ensures we take a regular health check of our systems and projects and allows us to feed back detailed lessons learned between projects – both to our own teams and to our clients.
We are committed to continuous improvement by leveraging the lessons learned, and also actively looking for innovative step-changes in the industry. Our Offshore Managers, Party Chiefs and Offshore Construction Managers adopt a common set of methodologies and priorities. This unique approach to Offshore Project Management is focused on problem solving across complex projects – where we work closely with our ROV Supervisors, Field Engineers, Senior Surveyors, and other Subject Matter Experts to create and deliver value for our clients.
